Friends of Littlehampton Museum
The Friends of Littlehampton Museum is a separate organisation that has been set up to support the Museum in its mission. The Friends are a group of likeminded individuals who all enjoy finding out more about the history of the town and are regular museum supporters and sometimes ex volunteers. The Friends Group is a wonderful way to get involved and is an alternative to volunteering. The Friends Group are involved in collections research, supporting the museum at town events as well as fundraising. The Group are in the initial phase of setting up and hope to have a programme of events available soon. If you would like to find out more information please email the Friends group.

Donate an object
The Museum accepts donations of items with a specific connection to Littlehampton and its people. For more information on what we do and do not collect the object donations guide can be downloaded here.
If you wish to donate an object please contact the Museum via email and where possible supply photographs. Please note that we cannot accept donations at Reception without prior contact and we will ask you to take the item away with you.
Work Experience
The Museum has played host to a number of work experience students and internships over the past ten years. Whilst our internships have sadly now come to an end, the Museum is pleased to be able to offer work placements for students looking for experience in the Museum sector. Students will have the opportunity to work alongside Museum staff on collections documentation, collections care, exhibitions, research and public engagement. They will also be given their own project for the duration of their placement. If you would like to arrange a work experience placement please email the Museum with at least three month's notice prior to the start of the placement to make arrangements.

Job Vacancies
Any job vacancies at the Museum will be advertised on the Littlehampton Town Council Website.
